Tiana's Story

Hi, I’m Tiana, the founder of Flow with Tiana.

My journey into the world of wellness started with a deep curiosity about how the body and mind work together to achieve balance. After studying Naturopathy and Natural Health, I realized that true well-being is about more than just physical health—it’s about nurturing the mind, body, and spirit as a whole.

I’ve always been drawn to movement, and that’s where Yoga and Pilates entered my life. I quickly saw how these practices can provide much-needed balance, not just for the body but for the mind as well. As a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor, my aim is to create an environment where people of all levels can feel empowered, grounded, and more connected with themselves.

In everything I do, I blend my passion for holistic health, mindfulness, breathwork, and movement. Whether you’re new to these practices or have been practicing for years, I am here to help guide you on your journey to wellness.
